The terms you refer to you personally your business or any other entity which refers to others or self.  The terms us, we, refer to Freedom Domains and Hosting Group LLC.

You do not own the domain name no matter who you purchase the right to use that name.  If you purchase a domain for a term of 1 year you are entitled to use that name through us or through any other domain or hosting entity.  We do not own it we merely give you access to purchase the use of that name.com or such for the period of time you purchased that domian.  You will receive a reminder of the expiration of the domain you purchased use of in a resonable time frame to renew or not renew the name you puchased.  We do not monitor that for you.  Domain names are not refundable they are purchased by you on an as is basis.  You are responsible for the spelling of the domain name not us.

Hosting is provided as purchased and is payable in full on a monthly or yearly basis.  Payments are only accepted via PayPal as our payment provider.  You will be billed on a timely basis.

If you require support it is limited to the purchase of the domain or hosting platform purchased from us.  We do not diagnose computer problems, internet provider problems or the like.  Support is provided on a best effort basis.  We do not guarantee no will we provide unlimited support.  Many forums are available throughout the internet to assist you should you have a problem outside our scope of support.

Use of our services forms an agreement between you and us.  The law governing this agreement shall be agreed upon as the State of Arizona in the United States of America, Maricopa County.  Our liability is limited to the amount of money paid to us by you.  For only a monthly basis not the entire term of doing business with us.  Any disagreements or problems are to be handled by a 3rd party arbitrator as one of our choosing.  Costs assosicated with that arbitrator are your responsibility.
